             Children's Activity Committee

The Children's Activity Committee plans faith formation and fellowship events throughout the year for children ages 0-13 and their families. If you would like to see updates about events that have been planned, please join the Children's Events Facebook group ( If you'd like to volunteer to help in any way, please contact Connie Henderson-Szafraniec at 412-519-2122 or Kara Starceski at 717-654-6633.

Scheduling 2019 Masses

The September collection envelopes contain a purple envelope for 2019 Mass requests. Please submit your request by means of the collection basket, the mail slot next to the Rectory office door, or by mail. DO NOT ASK for more than one Mass. The Masses will be scheduled in the order received. Please include a Mass stipend of $10.00 and a self-addressed envelope if you would like a written response with the date in which your Mass has been scheduled. Thank you for your patience and prayerful understanding.

PHONE NUMBER: Please write your current phone number on the envelope for your Mass request. We have noticed that when we need to change a scheduled Mass some of the phone numbers that we have are no longer in service.

Sponsors & Godparent Letter of Eligibility

Sponsors’ & Godparents’ letters, for upcoming Baptisms and Confirmations to be held at another Catholic Church, are provided by the parish for registered members, who have been members for at least six months,  attend Mass, and are receiving the sacraments on a regular basis. Letters may be obtained by  calling Rita at 724.745.6560, ext 11.

Notices and pictures for both the bulletin and this parish webpage should be emailed to
or can also be dropped off at the rectory by
4:00 pm Friday, one week before publication. Pictures are great!.

Please indicate the duration that you would like your item to appear in either publication,
and kindly note that article submissions may be edited due to time and space constraint
