We are in need of additional Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to serve our Sunday Masses. Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion must be 18 years of age or older. They should be mature in faith having received the Sacraments of Confirmation and, if married, validly married in the Roman Catholic Church, and be known to other parishioners as practicing Catholics. A funeral assistance ministry has been formed at St. Patrick Parish to aid parishioners in planning a funeral mass for themselves or their loved ones. All services provided by church organizations are explained and help is offered those who are planning funeral masses. A pamphlet will be made available for those who wish to pre-plan a funeral at St. Patrick Church.
